HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE!

Some of you folks may have guessed this one was coming up again.  The WOD is none other than “Murph.”  YESSS!!!  We know that since last doing “Murph” on Memorial Day a lot of you have been anxious to give it another go and have been asking to do it again.  So this weekend we are happy to oblige!  Consider “Murph” our gift to you.  AND, we actually are giving you the option to do it as an individual or with a partner!  Enjoy!

Don’t forget the only class is at 930AM!  Make sure you’ve reserved your spot.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“Murph”

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

On your own or with a partner, partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
