It was a great day at CrossFit Fresno!  We had a ton of PR’s in the push-press, and we had many athletes stay after class to work on their skills.  Nicole, who just got her first rope climb a couple of weeks ago stayed and got her first pull-ups.  Laryssa then quietly stepped up and cranked out her first three pull-ups!  Congratulations to you both and happy birthday to you Laryssa!  We’re so proud of all of our athletes and all the progress that’s being made.  Let’s keep it going!
