Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches, 75/55lbs
then, after a 10 minute rest,
CrossFit Games Open 11.4
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squat, 120/90lbs
10 Muscle-ups
We last did 11.1 on March 19 and 11.4 on April 16.
