A WHOLE LOTTA SNATCHING GOING ON
Former CrossFit Games Champions Mikko Salo (2009) and Graham Holmberg (2010) spent a good amount of quality time together training last year. Here’s one of the fun workouts they did that involved a load of power snatching. Note that they both have nice technique.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 (Focus: No press-outs. Catch bar with arms locked out and knees bent.)
then,
5 Rounds for time
6 Hang Power Snatches, 95/65lbs
9 Clapping Push-Ups
12 Pull-Ups
200m Run
