CROSSFIT FRESNO GEAR

If you haven’t already done so, pick up your CrossFit Fresno swag the next time you’re in the box. Posted a note on Facebook regarding it. If you missed the order or by mistake your item is missing we will do another order. Some of you ladies also had already expressed interest in the tahiti blue burnout tank with the white/pink print. If you are one of those ladies then let me know and I’ll try to get a order going on those as well.

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“The Chief”

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

3 min AMRAP

3 Power Cleans, 135/95lbs
6 Push-Ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute.

We last did this workout November 5, 2011.

Instead of restarting your AMRAP count fresh for each 3 minute cycle like we’ve done in the past, this time we want you to just continue your AMRAP wherever you left off from the previous cycle. This way you have just one AMRAP total instead of 5.
