CLASSIC BENCHMARK GIRL

We last saw “Barbara” almost three months ago. Since then, many of you have progressed to unassisted pull-ups. While we would love for you to do all unassisted pull-ups, we recommend that you do as many as you can unassisted then move on to a band if you are taking too much rest between reps. Part of the goal of this WOD is to keep each round moving and maintain the intensity and elevated heart rate. Don’t let your pride get in the way of you keeping your rounds moving.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“Barbara”

5 rounds, each for time of

20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between each round.
