CRAZY SOCKS DAY!

We’re doing deadlifts today, that means the bar is going to be really close to your legs. “Skin the shins” is the cue to keeping the bar close to the body, but unfortunately your shins actually can get scraped up from time to time. So bring your long socks. The crazier the better!

Andrea gets the crazy part right, but she's missing the socks.
