Death by Clean and Jerk
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Women’s weight is 95 pounds.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Mikko Salo, 2009 CrossFit Games Champion, did this WOD earlier in the year. This video is of him in minute 13. When working at this pace for lots of reps his technique gets a little muddy, but it is very impressive nonetheless.
