HOW MUCH YA PRESS?
Let’s find our starting point before getting things going with our next program working on dip variations. If you miss this WOD, we’ll give you an opportunity to do your presses on Friday. We will officially begin the program next week.
Regarding the 20-rep back squat program. Even if you did your 1RM and saw improvement, it doesn’t mean you’re done with your squats if you didn’t get all your days in. Make sure you see this through to the end. Don’t leave this unfinished. Some of you only have a couple of days to finish it off, while some of us have half the days still. If you’re someone who fell off the program for an extended time, then step back a few days and get back going. Let’s make sure we all finish what we started.

7 Overhead Squats, 95/65lbs
7 Box Jumps, 24/20″
200m run.
