WORKOUT OF THE DAY

For time:

Run 1 mile
Row 2K
Run 1 mile

Do this workout alone or as a team of 2 or 3.

Teams of 2 will do:

Run 3 miles
Row 3K

Both teammates will work at the same time, one will run and the other will row. The teammates will switch places after the runner completes 400m. The teammates will continue switching places until the run is complete. The workout will be completed when both the run and row distances have been met. If the row is completed first, the teammates will continue to rotate through the run until the run is complete. If the run is completed first the teammates can divided the remaining row distance up at their own discretion.

Teams of 3 will do:

Run 5 miles
Row 4K

The directions for the 3 person teams is the same except two of the teammates will run while the third rows.
