WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“The Hopper”

Today’s workout will be a hopper. That means we won’t know what’s going down until we pull the workout out of a hat (it will actually be a bucket).  So here’s some advice: think of  the exercises that you don’t want to see and plan on doing those exercises.  The worst case scenario is you being right.
