VISIT WITH LARYSSA POST-OP
Apologies for the super late post. Just got home from visiting Laryssa at Clovis Community. We went directly there from the box after the last class and just missed Che who naturally was there for Laryssa, but we did catch Jeff S. there paying a visit as well. You may have seen the pic on Facebook. For those of you who didn’t know, she had an operation to take care of some weird junk on her thyroid, and everything went fantastic! Anyway, we took a short video of Laryssa doing her own little “WOD” in her hospital room. For a video that’s only a few seconds long, it sure is taking a dang long time to upload. So we’re just going to post the WOD for you guys now and then you guys can just make sure to check back to watch her fun “WOD”. The things CrossFitters do at the count of “3, 2, 1… Go”!
