WORKOUT OF THE DAY

For time

1000m Row
100 Sit-Ups
80 Alternating Pistols
60 Pull-Ups
6 Rope Climbs
800m Run

The first 5 exercises can be performed in any order you like. The 800m run MUST be completed LAST. You can break up the reps for sit-ups, pistols, pull-ups and rope climbs in any way you like. The 1000m row CANNOT be broken up; once you begin the row finish it. Keep in mind that only the long rope can be used for full rope climbs, so when you see it open up, grab it.
