FOUNDATIONS WOD 2
Monday we revisited Foundations WOD 1. Now today it’s time to give Foundations WOD 2 another shot. It’ll be interesting to see how those of you folks who now have pull-ups will do. Can’t say enough how proud we are and how awesome it is to see so many of you with pull-ups. For quite a few of you it all began with jumping pull-ups. And when it came to any of the overhead lifts many of you started with an empty training bar. Can you believe that? So in redoing this WOD some of you may find your time may be slower instead of faster, which is okay because you’re now doing a more challenging pull-up and likely a much more challenging weight.
The day will begin with a little bit of strength work just like Monday. Now you can see how Monday’s strength work was to kind of prep you for this strength work. Your overhead squats will largely depend on how much weight you can push press or push jerk from behind the neck. Let’s see some more PR’s!
